If you could magically stick to your New Years resolution, what would you choose to see through and why?

To lose some of these extra pound, so I can live a healthier and more active life.

to loss weight and be able to go back to the gym .

Grow my business so it is self-sustaining and hopefully making a profit.

Loose 40 pounds. Reason better health.

If I could magically stick to a new years resolution, it would be to learn how to not beat myself up so hard whenever I experience a bit of a "set back". I feel like most of us have been in that weird rut where things despite how much we strive, doesn't go our way. I tend to be harder on myself in those times and get myself in a low place. I would hope to not do that this year.

My magic stick waved would be to no longer be a procrastinator and do all that needs to be done before it needs to be done. I would stick to it because I'd of gained so much and have much more to give.

Simply continue my exercise routine to get rid of all prescription drugs. So far my AC1 went from 5.9 to 5.3 which made BP to lower. On my way.

I would say being true to myself and more self-care. Drawing boundaries with people and sticking with it, letting my no be no and being decisive and sticking with it and not being swayed away. Loving myself and loving certain people in my life from a distance. I have to guard my heart and do what makes me and God happy; a continuous God pleaser and not a people pleaser these are what I will do this year and from here on out.

I would get my A1C back under 6 and not have to take any medications. I just found out in August that I have T2DM....I have dropped 29 pounds though. The recent F4 tornado here in Mayfield has added to the workload...keeping on top of my glucose numbers has gotten a bit crazy too.
