I wish to lose enough weight so I can live longer than what is going on with me now. It’s extremely hard to lose weight at my age and the availability of healthy foods for me is very hard to receive on the regular. It’s more of a self want as well, I just want to be around to see my great grand kids on day.

Good luck everyone who has answered.

Get back into shape. I know it's cliche but I feel that's the only thing I could really improve and feel satisfied with. I am not at the heaviest I have ever been but I feel out of shape I have a hard time playing with my kids, I just want to be able to feel as young physically as I do mentally.

Whenever I make a resolution, I don't wait until the beginning of the year. In the past, when I've waited to start it when everyone else is making their resolutions, I've never stuck to it. Anything I want to change I do it right away, research best practices, talk to others that have been successful within the particular field and change my life around it. I'll start doing it when my mind tells me not to and shut out the voice that makes excuses for not doing it. Currently, I'm working on one mental and one physical goal to improve on. The mental is to think deeper about other's opinions and respect their viewpoint, the physical is six-pack abs to compliment other strong parts of my body. I've done some research on emotional sensitivity and exercises to shrink the fat around my gut, both will take practice everyday and reflection throughout the year. I look forward to my 6-month and one-year progress! Thanks for asking this question RallyPoint!! Good luck everyone and have a safe and productive year.

For many years I have wished I could speak, at least conversationally, a second language. I have resolved to learn Spanish in 2022. I have purchased the course on DVD's and it has arrived. Now for my part. I feel that a second language is an invaluable aid in our multicultural world.

To loose 10/15 pounds by summer. I want to make my mother and siblings to see me as they remember me. They haven't seen me in 30 years.

I stopped having New Years resolutions years ago but because I am having such success with my weight loss and health I want to see how far I can get after smashing all my goals. Crushed my 1st goal now on to the next one. Getting g healthy is important f I r me because i want to be around for my son when he's older and I want to set a good example for my 9 year old. He is my motivation. Dont know where I would be without him.
