I'd really like to live a healthier lifestyle by eating right and exercising more. I've avoided eating healthy my entire life and with a major health check coming up in a few weeks (men who are 45+, you know what I'm talking about) I hope it's not something I'll regret. Either way, there's no time like the present to being more responsible about my health.

Live life each day to the fullest without regret, procrastination or doubt. To disregard judgement of others and be comfortable in my own skin and choices as long as they are moral and ethical and spiritually sound so that I have a clear conscience.
I guess, to make it simple .. live life as it is given, seems simple but in a world of critics, politics and selflessness, living and having a life simply as one would like would be magical and if only a resolution

As a volunteer for a Therapeutic Horse Riding Center for children & adults , including Veterans, with varying degrees of dis - abilities ; ranging from Autism, Dementia/ Alzheimer to Anxiety PTSD along with ADD/ADHD etc. I would be truly blessed to successfully start an ongoing fundraiser to assure this team of two ( mother and daughter ) are able to continue providing these life improving services.
Cindy took me in as a volunteer because she saw "a passion for the horses and a openness toward people with special preferences." I had had my own Horse in the past and worked as a childrens' day caregiver, paraprofessional or art instructor for both children & adults prior to finding this wonderful experience literally around the corner down my dirt road! Her therapeutic riding enter called, Reins of Love, has changed my life in that some of my social anxiety is not quite as overwhelming as it has been. Cindy & her daughter, Jessica, would truly know how to use resources wisely for the benefit of their clients and community. Thank you!

Continuing saving for another six months and then take off on my first solo cross country road trip! My Yorkshire Terrier, Apple, will be along for the adventure. Tent camping will be our homestead when we aren’t reuniting with former Marines to shoot the shit, bong a beer and take a shot for the ones who gave their all. We’ll take the northern route from Coastal NC to the Upper Left (Washington State). I’ll attend my 20th HS reunion with the other undetermined remaining days making memories with my niece and nephew.

Give up drinks like soda, monsters. Just stick to water, juices occasionally and milks. Lost 10 pounds when i quit soda last Jan 3rd 2021. But gained 15 ibs when i started drinking monsters at work from july-dec '21 Time to reassess. I have kids future weddings to attend. Instead of "Suck it up and drive on." It's "Put is down and move on."

My New Years resolution would be to bring our nation together once again, e puribus unum, together as one. It seems we're on track to destroy our democracy and its frightening. Wake up nation before it's to late.

I would want to stick to being the best mom I can be for both of my children. My son is about to turn 18 and head away to college, so I'm about to see if I have taught him what he needs to know to make it in life! My daughter is 13, so I still have time to teach her everything I know!
