If you could start any business after you retired from the Military, what would it be?

Horse ranch and farm. The horse ranch would be the business side and the farm would be the family side for self sufficiency. I also want to go to veterinarian school and be an on call vet for local farms.

I would like to open a Bait and Tackle shop as well as an addition of a forge. Of course I retired in 2011, received that first retirement check and realized I had to have a paying job, so back to the Gov. I went. My plan is to open a shop within the next 5 years.
