Well it must be my reputation LOL BUT I did it on a comment about a video link not working and I dv'd it because that sucks that it didn't work. Now I'm blocked from that person for 10 days!

Yes, I see that my auto correct got me again. Down voted. And yes about automatically blocking. Apparently it did that to me on a comment I down voted.

PO3 Christopher Sherman - It shouldn't have done that. Are you sure the other user didn't block you as soon as you down-voted them? Did you receive a popup that says "Sorry, you have chosen to block this member. You can not interact with each other at this time." or a popup that shows Grumpy Cat? The former means you've blocked them and the latter means they've blocked you.
