This was an old post here on RallyPoint, but it's still a great question today RP Members. Let's give it another shot for the new Connections out there!

If you were ask this question during an interview what would your answer be?

Let's get some real participation here for those active service members getting ready to transition, so they have this in their tool kit. This is just one of the top interview questions potential Employers could ask you.

Let's see what we can get from all the RallyPoint Membgers on this one!

What is that one key word that will make you stand out above the rest of the competition?

Think about it - this is a big question!

Give me a job that nobody else wants and I will make it happen. For the new guys be honest, truthful, and be the sharpest looking person in the interview. Above all else be proud that you are a VETERAN Good luck to all of the new group of being a VETERAN

Dedicated. Every job I applied for and was hired, I always stated that I have always been dedicated to my job. We are all veterans with the mindset of performing on the job to the best of our ability and completing the task we were assigned to complete. Honor and dedication are important to help us and to prove to management that you are there to do your job.
