If you have Seasonal Affective Disorder, how do you cope with so little sunlight?

I moved from the UK and made my way back to sunny Tampa. :)
I reallyyy felt the long dark days when I was in the UK! I used to go for a tan for some "fake sun" and visit the sunny European continent (Spain, Italy, etc.) as much as possible.

I take vitamin d supplements. I rarely leave my house.
