according to the AR 201-210 Prior Service personnel who have completed basic training and MOS Qualified do not have to do it again. My recruiter said I didn't have too.

I was out 3 years and they made me go through a 5 week "refresher" course at Ft Sill. Army both times.

It's dependent on MEPS and your circumstance. I was just giving you something to reference.
