If you never joined the military, where do you think you would be and what would you be doing?

Living on a steady diet of government cheese in a van down by the river

I would have still been poor, probably in a dead end job. With zero life experience. Zero education and most importantly not able to give my kids the best life possible.

I was in the medical field and left it when I joined the AF. So probably still doing that in Houston Texas (actually retired by now)
