That Secretary of State should be subjected to the same scrutiny and actions any other person with a Security Clearance would have imposed to include:
~ Suspension of clearance.
~ A warrant authorizing the seizure of any data, documents and hardware relevent to the case.
~ A discussion with the FBI (with her attorney present of course) so his/her obsfucations can be placed on record (rather than just claims made on a stump speech that he/she is willing to discuss anything with investigators).

That's where I'd start.

And don't give the prime suspect of that investigation 6-months of advance notice of the date for that person's questioning. Pull them in totally unannounced. Ain't NO LAW ANYWHERE says they get a programmed appointment!!!

SCPO (Join to see) - Amen to that! I might authorize a dynamic entry for S&Gs.

MSG (Join to see) - A determined intruder will discover how to breach any obstacle. If locked doors and closed windows are breached—failing their primary purpose, then breached doors and windows constitute secondary compensatory delaying measures. The objective then is for security professionals to calculate a long enough delay to introduce additional security measures (i.e. defense-in-depth) to include human sensors to ultimately neutralize the threat. In the case of the private email server, zero security measures are taken—It's a freakin' free for all!

The law is pretty clear on what to do regarding intentional or negligent disclosures.

Thank you for sharing SGT Thomas but I'm not clear on your equivocal response. Please specifying—at your convenience—what law actually guides you, as POTUS, on what actions to take regarding intentional or negiligent disclosures. Standing by...

Really not worth getting concerned about. Hillary has been a liar and a crook her entire life and nobody cares. I really doubt that she would be prosecuted if she committed mass murder live on worldwide TV.

Thanks for sharing SGT Pesz! I just hope that we're not taken in by the lost shock value because we've become hardened by the bombardment of televised propaganda.
