If your spouse ait is 1 year can you move closer or on base with your spouse after bootcamp ?

My wife is boutta go to fort Sam Houston for 68p and I want to know is it possible that I can go to. I understand shell be busy during ait that's fine as long I get to see her come home or spend some type of time.

It takes time to request for the soldier to move out of the barracks, but they do allow married couples to live together while in 68p ait

1. That long an AIT would make it eligible to move you down there. 2. But you would have to move again when is assigned her 1st posting. 3. You probably will have to live off post- that will cost. 4. She may not get time away from the barracks to see you often.

Doubtful- she will have to see.2, She can ask/apply for BAH-bu as a e4- it may not cover much.

Ya I am I'm not worried about moving again. And I heard they have time off on weekends. To walk around and shit. And phase 2 she's allowed to live off base...
