In honor of national potato day, what is your favorite way to enjoy potatoes?

Aug 19 is National Potato Day. Did you know that more than 45 billion pounds of potatoes are harvested in the U.S. each year? We use them to make baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, home fries, French fries—the list is endless!

Brad I my family has been here for several generations but I think if you follow the Shearer's far enough back you find some in Scotland, some in Ireland, and most likely a handful in England. Good folks in each of those places but I guess now other than part of my roots I ma 'Merican

LTC Jeff Shearer - Yep, American first, all the other is just flavoring! Oddly enough, the distilled potatoes was from a Russian room mate I had. Worst hangover I ever had.... Have a great one, sir!
