Which AR 670-1 violations do you overlook? Do you make on the spot corrections? Who are the biggest violators?

Officers, especially Warrant Officers, love to put hands in pockets. But what really gets me is one that most soldiers don't even know: removing headgear from one's head when entering any government controlled building on a military base including when in civilian clothes. I pulled this up every time I had CQ while in Korea and it was usually the same group of Specialists and PFCs but I have seen some Sergeants who are guilty of this one. I don't wear hats when off duty and therefore I don't violate it. Only reason I knew this was a thing was because it was a board question back when I got my P-status a few years ago.

Even though I am retired, I still remove my hat when I go inside.

Mine own biggest violation was most likely loosening my tie at work in my office, even removing it which was permissible if I removed my ribbons, which I didn't do.

Hands in pockets or not wearing headgear correctly. Biggest violators--younger troops E4 and down.

Hands in pockets. No spot corrections. Who cares?

I overlook earbuds in ears as my Soldiers run the APFT! I tell them before every APFT, as long as you are running, not half assing anything and I see improvement I won't say a word. On the other hand if you're not giving 110%, you will take them out and you will not wear them again.

The picture of hands in pockets says it all and yes, I'm guilty, also.
