Inquiring about AR 680-29 that was obsoleted. Anyone out there knows what reference superceded this Regulation?

SIDPERs went away and it was replaced with everything that goes with the new personnel system IPPS-A. Actually think SIDPERs is two personnel systems ago. Many things done with a regulation have been replaced by MILPER, ALaRACT, and business rules.
Scarier, I had to go to militaryathiests.org to see an old copy of 680-29. If you look up the pub title on http://www.apd.army.mil you can see what officially superseded it. My research indicated it was simply deleted.
