Thank you for the information SGM Zarnes. With so many Soldiers transition out of the military, I think it is good to offer them some help with setting them up for success once they are looking for a job. I have a little while until I plan to retire from the Army, but I have had many friends over the years who did get out and had difficulty finding employment. I will be looking into this because I think knowledge is power, and the more we know the better off we will be.
