I think it's a great idea! Tons of knowledge out here and limited distribution channels. If we can support each other through knowledge transfers or through job assistance, it would be a true benefit for all.
For example, I started as a 91B (Combat Medic), became a 91C, the long course, (Practical Nurse), and later challenged the RN board, and passed. Not everyone knows that you can challenge some nursing boards, and passing can be the tipping point to the positive for many.
