Is anyone having issues with iPERMS web page? I seem to not be able to open any documents for some reason. I do get a message with something about JAVA but my computer is all up to date.

If you can view the list of documents that are in your file, but can't open them up individually, on the top of the page there's a box that states something in the effect of view as originals if you click that then you can view the files below individually.... I am not at a government computer right now...if this doesn't work I will confirm in the morning and let you know

Use the help desk number, they will generate a ticket and fix that issue. Also, make sure you are using internet explorer for all military sites.
