Is 89D still a packet MOS?

I have researched online, and spoken to my retention NCO. I have also reached out to the EOD recruiting team and did not receive an answer.

You have to get a letter of acceptance from a Senior EOD NCO E7 or higher and bring that to your Career Counselor.
