Is a general studies degree acceptable for Navy OCS?

Is there anyone who knows a little bit about the Navy OCS desired degrees or can tell me if a general studies degree is accepted for OCS?

I had a PhD is psychology and the navy wanted me bad, but my blood is Army green

It got me into Coast Guard OCS. I think the key is getting the degree, period. Demonstrates effort & sticking to it!

It depends on the community you are applying for. Some require a technical degree, some require 2 years of calc and physics, some don't really care what your degree is in as long as your gpa is high enough.
