Is a Reserve/National Guard retirement worth it without contributing to your TSP?

Just curious on this - I have about 11 years in with 1200+ retirement points, but have not contributed to my TSP. Is it worth it to stick it out past 20 years for the retirement without having a TSP?

I stayed in the ANG for more than 25-years and loved every second of it. I wish I could return today.
Let's see ... If you continue for another 9 years without going onto active duty (mobilized or ADOS), then you'll pick up an average of 78 points a year (48 from UTAs, 15 Membership, 15 for AT), or another 702 points (1900+ total).
Do the points conversion and you come up with about a 13.2% retirement.
Sounds worth it to me.
However ... you're 11 years in and only an E4?!
