IMHO no, as a world leader, are we doing the right thing by pulling out of Syria and fracking over our best ally in the region, the Kurds? I say no. If political opposition leader is poisoned with a nerve agent, should the leader of this country say something? When we roll over EPA rules meant to ensure we have safe air and water, is that a good thing? When we roll back fuel standards to pre Obama levels, is that a good thing? These are some of the issues I have watched and shook my head in disgust. Others may feel this is okay, but I don't. Keep in mind, I hate team blue, but IMHO team red is working overtime to frack it all up.

Thanks Kevin. Those are all issues up for debate. I'm staying neutral politically, and hope others will respond as you. I left MAGA out of the query to not lean either way. IMHO fire the suits, but they call that a coup. Military would do a better job, but that can get out of control too. Not what was intended.

William, no worries. I am at a point where I really am disgusted by both parties. I really think if I had unlimited amounts of money I could get team blue to vote for team red, and team red to vote for team blue. They are that twisted.

CW3 Kevin Storm - Far cheaper to get blue to vote for red and vice versa would be to have someone with Josef Goebbels propaganda skills.

MAJ Byron Oyler - I am sure that your response can include the troops in Germany as politicians claim that the troops are spread too thin all over the world. Regardless I would like to add that all should be concerned about first the ten new nuclear plants that will be added to the already 34 nuclear plans while many coal plants have been closed but not enough alternative power source has replaced all of the changes. Most Americans do not know where the nuclear waste is being dumped in the ocean or in desserts. Still less than 12% of the power source is an alternative compared to several European countries that have 70% alternative power source.

May I ask has anyone ever noticed or are concerned that the U.S. has not won a war since WWII or 75 years ago. The also is involved into the longest war in its history heading for 20 years next year. A former general and secretary of Defense spoke how foreigners are noticing how the U.S. lost the war against the North Vietnamese, a country the size of California. Europeans are distancing themselves from a strong relationship established during and after WWII. The U.S. is buying political authorizations to allow or for the alleged Democratic appearance. The access trash is being sent to Africa because China has stopped the dumping in their country. I do wish you all well.

I am a 72 year old Native African European American who was born in St. Louis, MO. My parents and us children were raised in a M middle class mostly predominantly Anglo Saxon, Jewish and less African American (AA) neighborhood. I enjoyed my growing up swimming in the neighborhood community center; catching the public transit street car or bus to attend movie theaters in the midtown predominantly Anglo Saxon (AS) neighborhoods. Communicating with AS's or Jewish business owners or employees in most of the businesses. The predominant AS Episcopalian Church at the end of our block were very nice to us what had become a predominantly AA grade school student, across the street. My younger brother in the 50's attended the predominantly AS Catholic grade school o the next street over from our house. He transferred without any issues to the Catholic High School just a few blocks from the grade school. I attended a predominantly AS two year college for one year prior to joining the Army in 67. Another associate high school graduate attended and graduated from Missouri University. I was hired three months after gradating from HS at McDonnell-Douglas Aircraft Mfg. as an aircraft mechanic mechanic assembler at 18.

I was treated fairly at other aircraft companies and factories becoming experienced in most machines including computer numerical machines by the time I was employed at Boeing Aircraft in the 70's and at Northrop in the 80's. I completed my engineer degree in the 80's and a very close AS friend at Northrop informed me of how he informed me of how I was being cheated racially because he and another AS supervisor were offered a mechanical engineering position while both had not even graduated from two years from college and I had more years of experience than both. I had to sue Northrop.

In 1998 I took on a contractor's positions mostly in the south. One day a security guard in a company in N. Carolina asked me where I was from and I responded St. Louis. He replied that at least Missouri was a "slave state". One day at another contracted company the white employees asked me to pick up another white employee at his hotel, who later I learned had a wife at the hotel. The guy would drink too much which I ca only guess why he was late coming out once and did not come out the next day. I get to work the next week and the white guy asked me to do the messy part of his sealing job and I refused. He complained to a Hispanic lead-man who claimed that he was from Greece but I knew him from Inglewood, CA. The white supervisor came out to terminate me.

I have never in my entire life filed so many law suits against the police, sheriff, city, landlord, courts and white attorneys. Notice the change in wording from AS to white. We are still in court after four white judges quit. Things have only gotten worse.

Thanks for your response. St. Louis is a few hours north and I've been there many times. We didn't seem to have a racial divide when I was growing up, but maybe it was more subdued. Organizers once came down from Chicago to gain support, at a time when they were rioting all over the US and as nearby as Cairo. They met with the local Black community, and allegedly offered guns for the effort. They were told "no thanks' and left, maybe because of relations in town. It's not good what you've gone through. I admire your conviction by going to court. Be well.

CWO3 (Join to see) - Yes I agree with your statements I want everyone to know that for me, and I left out my police encounters but I have had a pretty good life because I am not a criminal who has been to jail for anything more than a parking ticket paid late in the 1970's. I have never had a cop to pull a gun on me or the closes that I have come was when an AA female cop stopped me one afternoon in Nashville, to inform me that one of my head lights was out. I began to open the door and she put her hand on her gun telling me not to exit. Regardless, my question is has anyone ever noticed that this country went to war with itself (Civil War) because the Republicans and Democrats followers disagreed with each other just over 150 years ago? The same topic appears to be brewing up again on similar topics that cost this country over 600,000 American's soldiers lives. A report about December 7, 1941 acknowledged that the radar picked up a large mass heading towards Hawaii and the FBI, CIA and other secret service agencies were aware to the eleven alleged terrorist prior to 911. No one wants to come here and attack the U.S. while the enemies just have to wait until Americans to kill themselves.
