It depends on what unit you end up in. I'm not a 35G but I've worked with some. You could end up in a MICO (MI Company) at a battalion. Or an ACE (Analysis Control Element) at a Corps or Division G2. It just depends on the unit's mission what they do with you and what level you end up.

As said, it's mission dependent. I was a 35F working with 35G's in junction with our mission. But if you don't have a SCIF, and then access to the imagery accounts you'll be tasked with lord knows what.

As for duty stations/assignments:
-Ranger Regiment, specifically Fort Benning (my old stomping grounds)
-All Special Forces Groups (1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 10th)...etc...
-NGA (Springfield, VA)
-All of the COCOMs (USSOCOM, USEUCOM, USSOUTHCOM, ...etc.)
-All FORSCOM units, from Corps-Division G2 to STB (MICO).
-INSCOM
-ICoE (Fort Huachuca...why anyone would go there is beyond me...).

Source: I am a 350G.

35G spectrum is broad; some analysts conduct GEOINT support to Targeting (F3EA), fires support (CDE), full spectrum GEOINT, Activity-Based Intelligence, Full Motion Video, MASINT, or a mix of all of them. Really depends on the specific unit you're assigned to and its mission.

My wife, who was a 12Y and has her degree in GIS "35Gs work more specifically with remote sensing and satellite imagery, whereas I work with all the added data to make products that may or may not use remote sensing."
