Is anyone an expert in security clearances and the paper work to get one or have one unsuspended?

I had a security clearance and it was suspended sometime back. I filled out a memo and submitted it and after the investigation they made no determination.

The most important thing about a clearance is having a need for one. If your job doesn't require a clearance, and there is no justification to request one, your clearance will sit as unadjudicated.
