Is anyone else having issues with the verification system on Rally point? Anytime I try using the verification system on here it'll say I'm verified then once I refresh I wont be verified.

I just 'unverified' myself and went through the verification process again using ID.me and didn't have an issue.

Just to confirm, you're saying that you verified through ID.me and the RallyPoint page shows that you're verified, or did you get some other indication?

It was through the ID.me with rally point. I'll try your method though.
