Is anyone else out there a Military Outeach Coordinator with ESGR? I am looking to build upon some Best Practices

I am a volunteer Military Outreach Coordinator in my state, one of five to be exact, and I am looking for some Best Practices from other states regarding reestablishing necontact with previously engaged units. As OPTEMPO slows down, units seem less likely to take advantage of the employee-employer services ESGR offers. Unfortunately, this is when things seem to break down and problems develop, but are not tended to.
