Is anyone familiar with the Foreign Areas Major and Language Minor at the Air Force Academy? Is it offered all four years or just last two?

I'm really interested in the foreign areas and language studies offered at USAFA. I'm curious though as to how the courses there compare to DLI. I know the Academy is notoriously rigorous, and a little worried about not having time to maintain or reacquire my language levels I gain here at DLI.
