Is anyone having issues with JKO?

I'm having that issue with about every four courses or so...it is frustrating. I sent an email to the Help Desk and it seems they have a blanket statement that is the same as the computer generated statement and the statement the guy below responded, "If it is being flagged as suspicious the system is identifying the possibility that there may be academic dishonesty occuring." It doesn't tell me what I need to do to seem less suspicious.

Jko or ako has always been crap. I have 5 years of college but no degree. Got picked up for warrant officer senior course correspondance. Went to my boss Les Posey and asked if he would fund on site. He said sure. Bill was 10k. Approved by the 06. At rucker was CW2 Howard Odell the cg's pilot. Me and Howard knew each other from Europe. He was always at the gym. This is 88. He ended up getting a DUI. Ended his career. He got out.
