Is anyone on Scroll L03-17? Do you have any info as to what is going on with it & why did it go back to ASA(M&RA) from being at the SECDEF?

Not that I'm aware I talked to J1 for my state they pull from the system the order has to go from the system back to NGB and then to the states. Since it was Friday it most likely wont be back till early next week. My state says they pull from the portal updates daily be every state could be different. DPRO is actually not as up to date it still shows pending publication so what we see is actually real time with the scoll process at HRC

What I don't understand is, LTC and below are supposed to stop at SECDEF, get signed, then published. Why did ours go past the SECDEF and on to Gen Counsel? This makes no sense. I'm glad it changed, but WTF. My guess is we still have another month to go.

1LT (Join to see) - That does make sense as the Gen Counsel reports to the SECDEF. I can only hope. Unfortunately, with the 15 falling on a holiday, we won't see a change in pay for another month. Is anyone else full time? Each month that goes by is another $1,000 interest free loan the government has with my money.

I was able to get ahold of someone today and she said that we are back to the ASA. Apparently it got kicked way back and now we are like 50-60 days away yet. this is ridiculous.

Right but that was on August 28th. And they hadn’t received an update since then. You’re saying 3 months later it STILL hasn’t left the ASA. What in the world!!!!!

Yeah because they can’t reverse the timeline. Theoretically, as soon as it was done at ASA (which it got there on Aug 28) it was supposed to skip right back to sec def and be published after one final review. But NGB Sent it ovwr to the pentagon back in May and have very poor oversight on the process after it leaves their building. When I called in October she said they hadn’t heard anything from the pentagon about the status in over a month. Now it’s been another month but my contact is on leave so

Yeah I saw that too. Ugh. I read somewhere the first couple of times it was happening was because the guy that pushes the button everyday was on leave. But as frequent as it has happened lately, highly doubtful. Does anyone have depro access that can see the actual update??

Scrolls normally take 6-8 weeks once it’s generated but can take a little longer. Lately it’s averaged 8-9 weeks.
