Is it common to return to active duty after getting a separation discharge upgrade?

Not sure how common or possible this is but I am thinking about returning to active duty. I served in the Navy for 5 years. I completed my contract but a couple months before separating, I popped on a urinalysis. It was the only negative mark on my military record. After several years, I have been able to get my OTH upgraded to honorable. I am 30 yrs old, have my bachelor's degree, and am thinking of going back to active duty. My re code is RE-1 and my separation code is JBK (involuntary discharge at end of active obligated service). Any experience or input is welcome. Thanks :)
