I am wondering if anyone can answer this.. Are we allowed to buy replacement uniform(s) etc as a Veteran to replace something lost or destroyed? I lost my original stuff in a house fire. My father is within a few days of passing and he will also have a military funeral. I would like to present in uniform to send my father with fair winds and following seas for his final journey.
I served because of him and thus my question on whether we can purchase replacement items for such things?
If anyone knows, please reply. If I can, I will have to try and find some place to get things before his passing, or at least by the date of the funeral.

PO1 Todd B. Marlowe White.com is a great source for Army uniforms. Wouldn’t they also furnish Navy Blue Bells?

PO1 Todd B. Marlow White carries Naval Uniforms. They can fit and tailor through the mail. https://www.marlowwhite.com/navy

Retirees have full access to Clothing Sales, with a couple minor exceptions. Navy may be different, but in Army Regs, you should be able to wear your old dress uniform or current equivalent for appropriate occasions (funeral being a listed time where it is appropriate) provided you were discharged honorably.
Heck with your local NEX or NEX Online, they shou;d have a way for you to purchase current uniform items. Replacing the uniform of your time of service may be tougher.
