Did you read the form? Section 21 allows you to disagree and request it be resubmitted. It also gives you the opportunity to speak with a military lawyer. If you didn't do that at the time, good luck.

What injustice could there have been? Also, if you actually read the form, you would see in Section 21, it shows what you can do....as in Agree or Disagree.

Also, are you a Marine PFC or an Army Private?

WTF??? DA 4707 is a form for initial Medical. If you didn't lie or omit anything at MEPS, the how/why would there be an injustice?? If you were DQ'd, then change your profile, you can try for a waiver maybe- that would need talking to your recruiter, not trying to change an Official form.

Pvt Isaiah Beltzer - He means that if you have been discharged you are no longer a service member (SM) and no longer a Private.

Pvt Isaiah Beltzer - a DA4707 ENTRANCE PHYSICAL STANDARDS BOARD (EPSBD) PROCEEDINGS is used PRIOR to the entrance into military service. If you were issued a DA4707 and denied entrance into the military, then you are not a military member.
So your profile should show you as a civilian, not an Infantryman with the rank of Privet
Please correct me if I'm mistaken, and you have completed Basic and AIT, earned the titles in your profile, or
Change your RP profile to match your current status

Pvt Isaiah Beltzer - Being in the Military is like being pregnant- you either are or aren't- there is No in between. Your profile says you are a PVT- no branch of service, no service Component. You are asking about a MEPS level entry form, which damn near all of us would think would be behind you. But if you were DQ'd, sent home, etc- then You are Damn well not a PVT, right??
