I can't seem to get a straight answer online.
I'm a senior in HS and plan to enlist next month and go to boot after I graduate. I want to become an 0317 or an 11B B4. I want to become a Scout sniper or Army Sniper. I'm still going back and forth every day on which branch I want to go to because I want to meet my goal but If there is a way for me to have a better chance I want to take it.

Yes you can enlist to be 11B. But sniper school is not something you'll get in your contract. There is a lot of physical and mental training you'll need. Shooting is only 20% of sniper.
Prerequisites:
Must be 11B, 11M, 19D, or CMF 18
PFC-SFC (Grade waivable): This means you're not going to sniper school until you have been in at least 18 months
Active duty, Reserve, or National Guard, and must have a good performance record with no history of alcohol, or drug abuse
Must be a volunteer and be recommended by their commander
Must be in excellent physical condition (70% or better in each event of the APFT)
Must have a corrected vision of 20/20
Must not have a record of disciplinary action
Must be knowledgeable of skill level 2 tasks
Must have a GT score of 100.
Must have qualified expert with the M16A2/M4 Carbine rifle within six months of course attendance
Normal color vision must be annotated on SF 88, tested within six months of course attendance
Must have a minimum of one-year retainability
Must pass psychological evaluation (MMPI/CPI) conducted under the direction of a qualified psychologist

"PFC-SFC (Grade waivable): This means you're not going to sniper school until you have been in at least 18 months" not exactly correct, considering you can ship out as an E3.

SGT Christopher Hayden True, but with caveats. Accelerated rank at basic training normally requires prerequisites (e.g. college credit, JROTC, etc.)

SGT Christopher Hayden - Yes. You are correct. I was basing it off his current age without college and also speculating he wasn't going in higher than a private.
My apologies.

Not to mention, you have to get to a duty position that requires the school. You don't get assigned to a scout/sniper position directly out of OSUT.

Remember crawl before walk or run. You can enlist for certain MOS, but sniper qualification has other prerequisites (e.g. service time, supervisor recommendations, marksmanship score, etc.) before getting a course slot
