Is it possible to have civilian graduate level education (doctorate) added to my ERB if the degree is still in progress?

Last I knew, you need to have completed the course before getting it added. Did you ask your S1 this?

Without the transcript showing completion it’ll never happen….unless something changed recently.

No, you need the transcript to get credit. My son will finish his Masters in August, too late to include it on this years CPO board, so in that boat too.
