Is it possible to receive credit for BLC if I have never been to BLC?

In my ACT Dashboard, it shows me (pictures attached) as SSD/DLC 1 Completed, BLC Completed, and SSD/DLC 2 Enrolled. When I go to the Reserve's HRC self-service site it also shows me as SSD/DLC 1 Complete and enrolled in ALC Phase 1. I do not have a Certificate of Graduation from BLC and while I did 4 years active and finishing my 10th in the reserves...I am not sure why its showing this, unless it is just a glitch or record error? Or should I look for something specific in my training record?

Blame it on IPPSA being all messed up. There's even a warning when you log into ACT that mentions it. Unless your ATRRS showed you were enrolled in BLC and graduated, you have not.

The SFC is correct. The transition to IPPS-A is the definitely the cause. I recently checked my self-service portal and my race has changed as well as my religious preference.
