Is it possible to volunteer for mobilization, even though I accepted an honorable general discharge instead of going through MEB?

Check your DD-214... look at the reenlistment code or Rating,,,
If it is any thing But RE-1 you may have a Problem... you will have to check with a recruiter...

According to your statement, you received a honorable discharge under general conditions. You weren't part of a MEB. A recruiter will have to figure out your re-entry status.
