Sir, I think this is a hoax. I asked the same question but in a different way and was told it was a hoax. Now on the other hand, I can see the good idea fairy putting this in someone's head.

It is a hoax. But funny thing the good idea fairies have seriously considered it. Blog is part of senior leader courses. The site I got this from is a paradoy but this is actually possible.
