They will and do but they do not visit all AIT schools, only certain ones are habitual. Others you have to let them know before hand. They seek out certain MOS to fill their needs.

Yes, but they will visit the AIT schools they need to fill for the MOS's and unfortunately your profile says USAR. So you are out of luck. You belong to the USAR. They will only pull from Active Duty B-E-F-O-R-E active duty students get orders cut for their first duty station.
