I found a great program that is truly NO to very low impact and it's created by WWE Hall of Famer Diamond Dallas Page-DDPYoga. I love it and had to restart due to falling off the wagon food-wise. I have injuries that make running and things I did fitness wise when serving impossible now, but DDPYoga is helping me out.
