Is mobile ALC available at Fort Polk?

I'm a 88m and station at fort hood at one time mobile ALC was available. I was wondering since I'm pcs'ing to fort Polk is it possible mobile ALC will be there?

No its not here. My battle just came back from alc. Do you have pinpoint orders?
