Ive been working at enlisting for a bit now and finally making headway. Im starting as a reservist due to my current employment situation and have been researching jobs I would like to do (dependent on unit vacancies of course) PsyOps is fascinating to me and ties in skill sets that I currently use for my work. That being said, I'm having trouble finding info on it and the process of getting into it.

No, you need not be prior service, but you do need to have certain scores on the ASVAB to get in.
Any recruiter would be able to tell you what is available in your area for positions. 37F, like most MOSs, has peak availability this time of year and fills up fast.

Reserve or active duty? I've been 37F for 7 years now. If you have any questions let me know.

I'm active but plan to go 37F in Reserves after I get out. more than likely I'll take a break for about a year before I try to re-enlist. I'm currently a 19D, secondary is 11B. Would I only need to attend AIT and then go to Reserve unit?
