Will being sent to a mental health facility, but not being diagnosed, and paying a trespassing fine disqualify someone from reenlisting?

My husband is in the process of reenlisting. He was honest on his packet of course. But I want to know if these things will impact or disqualify him.
He lost a child and his unit at the time sent him to a mental health facility because they were concerned, but he was never diagnosed with anything. He was prescribed medicine but never took it.
He also had a trespassing charge from a messy divorce but was told if he paid the fine, nothing would come of it. Which he did.
Will those things disqualify him from reenlisting?

Is he already a Soldier? If so, what you described would likely not be insurmountable. If he is a civilian looking to join his recruiter will inform him. Still does not sound insurmountable if things play out exactly as you say they have. There are never guarantees, you never know until the contract is signed.

Gonna come down to a few key things, what was his RE Code, discharge and is there any medical diagnosis to go along with the mental health check. Just seeking out a Dr. or Behavioral health in of its self will not be an issue so long as there is no diagnosis of a disorder or the like, that would lead to a DQ event. He needs to talk with a recruiter and make sure he has his whole jacket with him.
As far as the trespassing charge - if he has a record of the charge when they pull criminal background, the charge and class of the offense will need to be reviewed and he may have to apply for a moral waiver.
However, non of this post nor my response matters - what does is what the recruiter has to say about all of it. That is the best place to get these questions answered.

This doesn't sound like reenlistment. Reenlistment is when you're in the service and you're staying. It sounds like you're asking about prior service enlistment which is a completely different question. Change your tag from. Reenlistment to recruiting
