DCG-IMT develops the BOLC-A Common Core Task List (CCTL) for pre-commissioning training (USMA, ROTC, OSC). Is that list available online?

It is available on ROTC Blackboard. If you are near an ROTC Program, they can probably pull it for you. Otherwise, DM me and I can send it.

I haven't heard of this list before. I would guess if they're coming out with this training, that College Seniors/MS-4s, OCS Candidates, West Point folks would be receiving this in their last semester or something. Would have to check with my friends that are Professors of Military Science to see if they've received an updated POI for this...

I am asking this because this is what actually defined what training is necessary but it does not appear commonly known or understood. This is the mechanism in place to ensure that precommissioning training is sufficient preparation for BOLC-B training after their commission. it is specified in a Cadet Command regulation, USACC Regulation 145-3 • 18 June 2019, which states the following: "1-4. Responsibilitiesa. TRADOC, U.S. Army Center for Initial Military Training (CIMT) is responsible for the BOLC Common Core Task List (CCTL) and ensures pre-commissioning sources (SROTC, OCS, and USMA) implement the BOLC-A CCTL. b. The USACC CG is responsible for implementing the BOLC-A CCTL into on- and off-campus programs that support the Army SROTC program. c. The USACC, Directorate of Leader Development and Education (DOLD-E) is the command’s lead for all on-campus Training, Education, Leader Development and Quality Assurance policy and publications. Organization and areas of responsibility include:(1) The Curriculum Development Division is responsible for all on-campus education, training, leader development, and Cadet assessments. This includes a synchronization cross-walk of on-campus military science curriculum, Spring and Fall Field Training Exercises (FTXs) and the Basic and Advanced Camps during Cadet Summer Training." But it appears only available to PMSs and instructional developers.
