I just saw this in fb. That woman has no creadibility. But at the rate they are going there won't be any adjectives left to discribe women and work. I'm waiting for some one to post a question, to ask the meaning of racist. They use it do discribe anthing and everything. So the Webster meaning is useless.

Strangely, I never liked being called a hard worker. Not for race reasons, but it just bothers me. Now smart worker, that's a different story.

I am a self-admitted lazy worker, however, I always get the job done 110% by finding better ways of accomplishing a task without overworking myself so that I may concentrate my time on other areas.
(Example) My previous job while serving was to make sure laptops were updated every 7 days. The job required me to sign into every laptop manually and go through a sequence to get one laptop updated. The process can take up to 2-3 hours to accomplish, and I also had other projects, and programs that I needed to manage. To avoid clogging up my schedule with menial tasks, I developed a script that automatically updates all the laptop for me every 3 days and sends a report to a SharePoint that I owned so that inspectors may check the progress. This has allowed me to work on other areas that I owned.
If you can find an honest way of earning money without doing anything. Wouldn't you?

why would it be racist? if you have a service member or employee that works hard at what they do and does a great job at it, what or why would race need to be factored in or even be considered. you see the PC police are trying to make things so restrictive that anything you say or do is either wrong or racist and they are trying to take away our freedom of speech very quietly and very subtle like just like our right to bare arms has been chipped away at (Thank goodness for the NRA) or our freedom of religion which the PC police say it was intended to be the freedom from.
The founding Fathers chose their words very carefully when they wrote the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution they meant what they said on the paper they wrote it on and not what the PC police say "Oh they meant it to say this". The PC police need to go away and leave every ones right alone. ;-)

Holy crap on a cracker! People need to get their big girl and boy panties back on and stop finding every damn thing 'racist'. People kill me this year. I used to laugh at the meme all over Facebook that pointed out 2015 being the year of the butt hurt. Not so much lately. Grow up people and act like adults! Not children on a play ground.

How in the world is "hard worker" racist? When I was a carpenter in 100 degree plus heat framing houses in the Palm Springs area years ago I was a hard worker, as were those working with me. Hard work is just hard work whatever you are doing!

Anytime I see something posted from MSNBC and specifically involving this particular "host" someone is always being cautioned about using a term she/they (MSNBC) deem racist and almost always I think to myself "WTF?!!". MSNBC has an especially deep-seated hatred towards anything on/from the Republican Party and it seems, to me anyways, that the hosts of a lot of their "shows" play the race-card when something offends them. I don't know anymore what constitutes being racist or making a racist remark as it appears that anytime a Republican makes a statement that one individual on a "news outlet" that is almost always in the toilet as far as rankings and reliability goes gets offended the rules of racism are changed.

The term "racist" today is used to describe anyone and anything that you don't happen to personally believe in and especially used/liked by those who continually have their panties in a twist about something new on a weekly basis.
