So I’m on rotation in Korea with my unit and I’m also on orders to Campbell for when I get back to stewart. The problem is my TA50 likely won’t be back until I’m already finished clearing. So is there a memo I can use to just PCS with all my TA50 for this instance?

Read my comment that has the formatting, you just have to put it on a memorandum and reword how you need to.

I have no looked at this post in about a year and have had countless people on Facebook pages ask me for a template. Here is the one I used but it is a case by case basis on how you will word yours. It will likely not be approved simply because you don’t feel like doing turn in.
MEMORANDUM FOR: Central Issue Facility
SUBJECT: Request Authorization to PCS with Non Transferrable Items
1. Due to a recent deployment in the Republic of Korea, mission essential TA-50, personal clothing, and personal protective equipment gear is still in transit from theater to home station. The scheduled return of the gear is after SGT Doe, John M. Xxx-xx-1234 needs to clear from CIF.
2. Upon arrival of aforementioned gear, the service member will be responsible for the acceptance of gear and the unit will be responsible for securing the TA-50, personal clothing, and personal protective equipment in which SGT Doe will return to Fort Stewart to collect the gear. *(Can put unit will ship it).
3. Point of contact for this memorandum is CPT John M. Doe at xxx-xxx-xxxx or at [login to see] .

Yes, you do a memorandum for record and state that you were deployed and then list the items on your clothing record that you don’t have ready for turn in. With NSN, Nomenclature, and quantity. Then signed by a company commander

The issue that Korea is short some items and due to the nature of the mission and threat, they make you turn in some items. I thought it was only if they issued it.

You may want to ask for a deferment. You don't want to PCS without your gear in hand. That's how bad things happen. Units can't be trusted to ship an award after you leave, let alone thousands of dollars worth of gear.

Thank you Sfc but I’m dual military so there’s no way I could do that. The only thing I could think to do is possible drive back from fort Campbell once the conex comes in with all my gear, but I just needed to know if there is a way I can pcs with alc my ta50 and not have to turn any in.

Being dual military doesn't mean that you can't defer your assignment. I've seen what happens to unclaimed gear when the connex rolls in...

Yeah I think I’ll just have to do an ETP and then drive back to fort stewart when the container comes in SSG.
