Is there a set standard for Leaders Books? And if not, what are some of the things in YOUR Leaders Book?

A lot of the divisions have blue books with a baseline leaders book in the back. Provides basic unit standards as well as a place to jot Key information about your Soldiers. Last 4, weapon, nods, apft scores, profile, etc.

You can referance from FM 7-22.7 (TC 22-6) appendix C. There is no set standard for the leaders book. Some other things you might want in the book are personal data sheets, soldier privacy act, alert roster, chain of command/NCO support channel. I added the Soldiers Creed, NCO Creed, Troop Leading Procedures, 5 Par Op Order, Soldiers Bios.
