CPT Acido, your command at the 2-Star level will definitely have policies in place aligned with Army regulations detailing exactly what subordinate units and personnel can and cannot do while traveling with government equipment on commercial flights, how equipment should be transported, and what orders you may need. You creating a Memorandum of Record for yourself will not help you during a report of survey for lost/stolen equipment if you didn't follow command directives.

There is. I would modified or create one. I vaguely remember issues with batteries (to be not more than 576 voltage hours - lithium). Check w/ S2 and or S4. Good luck.
