Is there a specific place on RP that someone can announce that a unit reunion is being planned for a date in the future?

You can post something as an update showing the announcement. I'd tag it with anything close (e.g. the unit's higher HQ, the physical location where the unit was prior to deactivation, etc.) to get it into the feed of people who may have connections to that unit.
