Is there a way to reclass to a 31B from a 92W before you go to basic and AIT? I have 7 months before I go to both. If it's possible, how so?

Just ask your recruiter, he should be able to handle your questions. You should look into as soon as possible to make changes in your career and any bonus' that my be available. I was able to change my initiate MOS without issue before I went to basic training. If your split option and already assigned to a unit, let chain of command know.
