Is there a way to switch from Army Reserve to Air Force before I ship to Basic Training?

Ummm, are you sure you want to do that??
I don't know if that's possible since you've likely signed a contract. There is a way to go about it, but you probably need to speak to your recruiter first.
If for some reason you don't ship to Basic Training, I think you have to wait like 2 years, to come back into the Army or other service.

Thank you for reply, Maj McLeod. I talked with Air force recruiter before and they told me I am eligible for Air force officer school. I just wondering if it's possible to amend my Army Reserve contract now by add OCS after BCT? If it works, I would like stick with Army.

Unless you have it in your contract, there is no guarantee of OCS, even if you have a college degree. You should have gotten it in your Contract, "OCS option" & you'd gone right to OCS upon graduation from Basic.
If you are in the Reserves, once you complete Basic Training & AIT, you can speak with your Commander (Company level first) about applying to OCS. They may not know how to do it, but it can be done. You'll likely have to get Letters of Recommendation from your Battalion & Brigade Commander's & be physically fit to make it through the course- it is tough, both mentally & physically. Check out the site below for more info about putting together your packet for OCS.
You will have to go the Federal OCS route, since you are in the Army Reserve (12-week school now). https://www.goarmy.com/ocs.html

Not sure why this popped up on my feed, but since your profile says you're in the Air Force, I guess you figured out a way.

Don't know, but I got myself on admin.hold waiting for retraining for Fire Protection Spec.
from Chaplins Assistant ' after B.T. & Tec. Training . Once IN it's the Base Commander who
approves ALL CROSS training.
