Is there an Army manual that shows the inner and outer packaging dimensions of small arms munitions, specifically 5.56 and 7.62 ball?

I see someone already posted the TM below with the dimensions of the actual rounds themselves. Is this for an ammunition turn in of some sort?

TM 43-0001-27 is the small arms ammunition data sheet which shows the measurements of small arms calibers.
